Honoring the unique collaboration between the therapist and client(s), Lesli works from a relational framework, utilizing attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology in support of an integrated and balanced life.
Lesli has a long and dedicated history serving those affected by trauma and sudden loss as an on-scene supervisor for the Crisis Response Team for over 10 years, and as a highly respected clinician who often utilizes mindfulness based approaches and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in her work with those healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
Her service to the public safety community has always been a natural fit, firmly believing that regardless of how individuals are affected by their environments (past and present), the brain naturally moves toward wholeness and integration. Lesli works to help folks understand and maximize the mind-body connection by integrating the latest research, knowing that it is never too late for healing and transformation to take place, as neural changes take place throughout the lifespan.
